Jolly Dolly Kids Co. (“Jolly Dolly”, “we”, “us”) is a Philippine brand of personalized baby essentials, thoughtful gifts, and keepsakes. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website, place an order, or contact us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We handle your personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

• Order and delivery details. Your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address (house, unit, block or lot number, street, barangay, city or town, province, postal code, and any landmark or delivery notes).
• Personalization details. The names or words you ask us to embroider, and your font and thread color choices. A name on a baby’s blanket may identify a child, so we treat it as personal data.
• Order information. The items you ordered, quantities, amounts, your order code, and the status of your order.
• Payment information. You pay with GCash through our secure payment page. We are told whether your payment went through, but we do not receive or store your GCash login details or PIN.
• Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and your Google account identifier.
• Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device details, and the cookies and browser storage described below, which we use to run and protect the website.
• Your messages. What you send us when you contact us on Facebook or Instagram or by email.

• To make, personalize, pack, and deliver your order, and to take and confirm your payment.
• To keep you updated about your order, answer your questions, and sort out changes, cancellations, or problems.
• To let you sign in and to keep your cart and session working.
• To keep the website and our customers safe, including preventing abuse and fraud.
• To improve our products, our website, and how we serve you.
• To keep the records we are required to keep, such as for accounting and tax, and to respond to lawful requests.

We process your data because you gave your consent, because we need it to carry out your order, because the law requires it, or because it is needed for our legitimate interests (such as keeping the shop secure), without overriding your rights.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

To help you fill in your delivery address, the address field suggests matches as you type. The text you type there is sent to third-party services to find those matches: Photon (OpenStreetMap data) for street and place suggestions, and the Philippine Standard Geographic Code (PSGC) service for provinces, cities, and barangays.

Please only type address details in that field. You can also skip the suggestions and enter your address manually.

We only share what is needed, with:

• Our payment provider and GCash, to process your payment.
• Couriers, who receive your name, phone number, and delivery address so they can deliver your order.
• Technology providers that host and run our website, store our files, and provide the sign-in and address suggestion services above. They may only use your data to provide those services to us.
• Government authorities, when the law requires it or we receive a lawful request.

We use only the cookies and browser storage the website needs to work: to keep you signed in, to remember the items in your cart, and to protect the website from abuse. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking these in your browser may stop signing in, the cart, or checkout from working.

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above: to complete your order, handle returns or disputes, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data, such as encrypted connections and limiting who can access it. No website or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to:

• be informed about how your personal data is processed;
• access the personal data we hold about you;
• object to the processing of your personal data;
• correct inaccurate or outdated personal data;
• request that your personal data be erased or blocked, in the cases the law allows;
• receive a copy of your personal data in a commonly used format (data portability);
• be compensated for damages caused by misuse of your data; and
• file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may ask you to confirm who you are first. We may keep what we are required by law to keep, such as order and tax records.

Our products are for babies and children, but our website is for parents, guardians, and gift-givers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Names for personalized items are provided by the adult placing the order.

Our website links to our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages. Those services have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website.
